Health and wellbeing Toolkit creation
The Request
The organisation wanted to improve employee wellbeing but lacked a structured framework to support mental health, stress management, and work-life balance across teams.
The Solution
Conducted a review of current wellbeing initiatives and gathered employee feedback through surveys and focus groups. Using these insights, a comprehensive health and wellbeing toolkit was developed containing practical guidance for managers, mental health resources, and structured wellbeing practices that could be implemented across departments.
DEI analysis
The Request
The organisation wanted to better understand diversity, equity, and inclusion across its workforce but lacked clear data on employee experience and representation.
The Solution
Analysed internal policies, workforce data, and employee feedback to assess current DEI practices. Key gaps and opportunities were identified, and recommendations were provided to support inclusive recruitment, equitable career progression, and a stronger culture of belonging within the organisation.

Mental Health Campaign
The Request
The organisation wanted to raise awareness around mental health in the workplace and encourage employees to engage more openly with available support resources.
The Solution
Developed and delivered an internal mental health campaign including awareness workshops, educational materials, and communication resources for managers. The campaign focused on reducing stigma, promoting healthy workplace practices, and ensuring employees understood how to access support.
Market Research
The Request
A start-up developing a sustainability product wanted to better understand their target audience and validate key product assumptions before expanding development.
The Solution
Conducted market research using a combination of surveys, interviews, and user feedback sessions to identify key user needs and behaviours. The insights gathered helped refine the product concept, prioritise features, and guide the company’s early-stage development strategy.

Living lab testing
The Request
The organisation wanted to test a new product concept with real users to gather practical feedback before a wider launch.
The Solution
Designed and facilitated a Living Lab testing environment where participants could interact with the product in real-life scenarios. User experiences were observed and documented, and structured feedback sessions were conducted to identify improvements, usability challenges, and potential product enhancements.
Organisational Restructure
The Request
The organisation was experiencing operational inefficiencies due to unclear reporting structures and overlapping responsibilities between teams.
The Solution
Reviewed existing organisational structures, roles, and workflows to identify inefficiencies. A revised organisational framework was developed to clarify responsibilities, streamline decision-making processes, and improve collaboration between departments.

Automation of housing procedures
The Request
Referral deadlines and housing allocation requirements were not consistently being tracked, resulting in delays and difficulties managing housing placements.
The Solution
Observed the existing housing administration system over a two-week period to identify inefficiencies and gaps in the referral tracking process. Developed an automated tracking system using Excel to improve the monitoring of referral deadlines and housing requirements. Following successful implementation, the IT department developed a dedicated software solution based on the same framework to create a more user-friendly system for the housing department to manage and input data.
DEI policies
The Request
Several team members were under performance review due to concerns around underperformance within their roles.
The Solution
Conducted a review of performance processes and internal documentation to identify potential barriers to effective performance. The analysis revealed that existing documentation and operational guidance were not accessible to all team members. Developed and implemented a new set of accessible documentation and guidance materials, ensuring that all employees had clear and equitable access to the information required to perform their roles effectively.

KPI automation analytical tools
The Request
Senior leadership was reluctant to increase funding for a department due to reports suggesting that its performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) was below expectations.
The Solution
Conducted a review of the organisation’s KPI reporting system and identified inconsistencies in the way performance metrics were being recorded and reported. Developed a revised KPI tracking framework using Excel which improved the accuracy and transparency of performance data. The updated reporting system demonstrated that the department was outperforming several other teams and provided leadership with clearer insights into departmental performance and areas for improvement across the organisation.
Wellbeing initiatives
The Request
The organisation was experiencing high levels of employee stress and an increasing rate of staff turnover.
The Solution
Designed and implemented a workplace wellbeing initiative focused on reducing stress and improving employee resilience. This included weekly wellbeing sessions and mindfulness-based training aimed at supporting employee mental health. The initiative contributed to improved staff wellbeing, increased productivity, and higher employee retention.

Interview process restructure
The Request
Due to high staff turnover resulting from dismissals and voluntary departures, the organisation wanted to redesign its recruitment process to identify candidates who would be a better long-term fit.
The Solution
Conducted a job analysis and observed day-to-day operational responsibilities within the role to better understand the competencies required for success. Based on this analysis, developed a new two-stage structured interview process designed to assess both technical skills and organisational fit. The revised process improved recruitment outcomes, resulting in stronger employee performance and improved staff retention.
Leadership development
The Request
Following the departure of a manager, the organisation faced a leadership gap and needed to prepare internal staff members to step into management roles.
The Solution
Designed and delivered leadership development training for staff members identified as potential future leaders. The programme focused on mindful leadership, communication, and team management skills to support the transition into leadership roles. This enabled the organisation to promote internally while ensuring staff members were equipped with the necessary leadership capabilities.
